A wave of pride filled the Grand Regal Hotel as the Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao celebrated the graduation of 124 students from its 3-year diploma programs. The 4th Diploma Graduation underscored the center’s mission to support national recovery and socio-economic growth through advanced skills training.
The commencement ceremony featured prominent figures in education and governance. Hon. Sen. Francis N. Tolentino delivered an inspiring keynote address, urging the graduates to use their skills for the nation’s advancement. Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr., Ed.D., Center Administrator of KPVTC, led the proceedings, while Adonis F. Culas, TESDA XI’s Provincial Director for Davao Occidental, confirmed the graduates. Esteemed guests, including Dr. Bonifacio G. Gabales Jr., President of the University of Southeastern Philippines, and other TESDA officials, added distinction to the event.
