RTC-KPVTC, Davao Successfully Conducts Learning Session on Parliamentary Meeting Proceedings

The TESDA XI Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao recently held a successful learning session on parliamentary meeting proceedings. This event, conducted on May 28, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the TESDA RTC-KPVTC, Davao Mini-Theater, was an important step toward preparation for the future TTI Advisory Council (TAC) meetings.

The session aimed to provide RTC-KPVTC, Davao personnel, notably the TAC Secretariat and the Head Trainers, along with personnel from TESDA Wangan National Agricultural School (WNAS), with the necessary skills for holding effective and orderly meetings following parliamentary procedures. Known for her expertise in parliamentary proceedings, Ms. Deocampo provided comprehensive training, covering key aspects of meeting management and procedural conduct.

Engr. Constantino B. Panes, Jr., Ed.D., the Center Administrator, emphasized that the session was part of the necessary preparations to enhance the effectiveness of TAC Meetings.

The learning session focused on the rules of order, the roles and responsibilities of meeting participants, and strategies for maintaining efficient and productive meetings.

The TESDA RTC-KPVTC, Davao remains dedicated to fostering a well-organized and proficient organizational environment, ensuring that all meetings are conducted with the highest standards of procedural integrity.
