On February 14, 2024, RTC-KPVTC Davao united in observance of Ash Wednesday and celebration of Valentine’s Day, fostering camaraderie and community spirit among personnel, staff, and trainees.
Led by Rev. Fr. Proceso Gimeno Jr., an Ash Wednesday Mass commenced at RTC-KPVTC Davao, providing an opportunity for reflection and spiritual renewal for all attendees. Personnel, staff, and trainees were encouraged to participate, emphasizing the importance of spiritual observance within the workplace environment.
Concurrently, the administration facilitated a Valentine’s Day Celebration at the Admin lobby, aiming to enhance workplace culture and morale. Employees were invited to partake in festivities, including shared meals and bonding activities, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie among colleagues.
Additionally, the Student Council organized Valentine’s Day celebrations for trainees, ensuring inclusivity and engagement among all members of the RTC-KPVTC Davao community.
The activities, strategically scheduled throughout the day, allowed participants to balance work responsibilities with opportunities for reflection, celebration, and community building. Such initiatives underscored RTC-KPVTC Davao’s commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, fostering stronger connections among its members.
