RTC-KPVTC Davao held its monthly Training Department Meeting on March 5, 2024, at the Accreditation (APACC) Room. The meeting was attended by all head trainers and the registrar, gathering to address significant matters pertinent to the training department’s operations.
Chaired by Officer-in-Charge and Training Department Head, Mario M. Dela Cerna, and facilitated by TESD Specialist II Nelson Z. Embat, the meeting delved into various topics aimed at streamlining processes and ensuring the efficiency of training programs.
The key topics discussed during the meeting included:
1. HEI MOA Content and Partners per Trade Area: Participants deliberated on the content and partners associated with the Higher Education Institution Memorandum of Agreement (HEI MOA) across different trade areas.
2. Honda Skills Demo Arrangement on March 20, 2024: Plans and arrangements for the upcoming Honda Skills Demo scheduled for March 20, 2024, were outlined, and discussed to ensure its successful execution.
3. Trainers Methodology Subjects per Trade Area Matters: Matters regarding the Trainers Methodology subjects specific to each trade area were reviewed and addressed to maintain alignment with the training curriculum.
4. Other Matters: The meeting also provided a platform to address any other relevant matters affecting the training department’s operations and to foster open communication among stakeholders.
The collaborative discussion during the monthly meeting allowed for the exchange of ideas and strategies among head trainers and the registrar, ensuring that the training department remains responsive to the evolving needs of its stakeholders.
