RTC-KPVTC Davao conducted a Training Induction Program (TIP) on March 12, 2024, at the Seminar Room, aimed at providing essential guidance and motivation to scholars enrolled in the Trainer’s Methodology Level I training program.
Led by Joie Vincent R. Dagohoy, TESD Specialist II, and Scholarship Staff, the TIP focused on ensuring that scholars fully understood the provisions outlined in their Commitment of Undertaking. The program also aimed to motivate and nurture scholars, encouraging them to maintain a one hundred percent (100%) completion rate throughout their training program.
Marilou F. Coloma, Senior TESD Specialist and TM I Trainer, also attended the event, enriching the session with her expertise and insights.
During the program, Joie Vincent R. Dagohoy discussed the various scholarship benefits and related matters pertinent to the Trainer’s Methodology Level I training. Scholars were provided with a comprehensive understanding of the support available to them as they embark on their journey towards this qualification.
The TIP served as a crucial orientation session, setting the tone for scholars’ engagement and commitment to their training program. By ensuring that scholars are well-informed and motivated from the outset, RTC-KPVTC Davao aims to foster a conducive learning environment conducive to their success.
