The RTC-KPVTC Davao kicked off the National Women’s Month with an opening ceremony held during the flag raising ceremony on March 4, 2024. The event, attended by all RTC-KPVTC Davao personnel, staff, and trainees, aimed to commemorate, and celebrate the contributions of women in society.
The ceremony began with an acknowledgement from Angelli C. Emborgo, TESD Specialist II and GAD Focal, recognizing the importance of recognizing and empowering women in various fields. Following this, Engr. Constantino B. Panes, Jr., Ed.D, Center Administrator, delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the significance of gender equality and the role of women in nation-building.
The event served as a platform to raise awareness about gender issues and promote inclusivity within the RTC-KPVTC Davao community. It highlighted the importance of recognizing and honoring the achievements of women in all aspects of life.
