With the goal of developing improvement plans for its operations and program offerings, the Livelihood Training and Productivity Center (LTPC) of the Local Government Unit of Surigao City benchmarked the best practices of RTC-KorPhil Davao on June 17, 2022.
Led by Surigao City Administrator Atty. Jerry R. Centro, the 25-man team visited the Center to look at and replicate quality processes and management metrics of RTC-KorPhil in the field of refrigeration, tourism, welding, automotive, civil engineering, and electrical.
The shared leadership of RTC-KoPhil Davao Administrator Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr. EdD and Supervising TESD Specialist welcomed the team and introduced them around the Center.
A hall of fame awardee as the Philippines’ Best TESDA Technology Institution (TTI) in the Regional and Specialized Training Center Category from 2019 to 2021, RTC-KorPhil Davao has been a top destination for benchmarking activities by local, national, and even international visitors.
