RTC-Korphil conducted a seminar on “Human Behavior in Organizations and Work Ethics” on January 22, 2025, at the Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-Korphil) in Buhisan, Davao City. This event was part of the institution’s ongoing efforts to promote professional development among its trainers and staff.
Ms. Cecilia Torino Briones, MPS, a distinguished expert in organizational behavior and ethics, served as the keynote speaker. With her extensive background and experience, Ms. Briones delivered an engaging and insightful presentation that emphasized the importance of understanding human behavior in the workplace and fostering a culture of ethical practices
