On July 27, 2023, Engr. Ailyn R. Tejero and Mary Grace A. Pelayo, trainers of Organic Agriculture Production NC II from the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Regional Training Center – Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao, commenced the training program titled “Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts leading to Organic Agriculture Production NC II” at Villar Sipag Farm School, Davao.
For the first day, participants were able to process three (3) organic concoctions and extracts; namely, Fermented Fruit Juice (FFJ), Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ), and Fish Amino Acid (FAA). The remaining organic concoctions and extracts will be harvested and processed on the succeeding training days.
This specialized training is an integral part of RTC-KPVTC’s ongoing commitment to advance organic agriculture in the Davao Region. By imparting essential expertise in preparing, processing, and packaging a wide range of organic concoctions and extracts, the training empowers participants and paves the way for their participation in the Organic Agriculture Production NC II, fostering a greener and more sustainable agricultural landscape.
To ensure a comprehensive and dynamic learning experience, RTC-KPVTC, Davao has adopted a blended approach, combining online modules with face-to-face training at Villar Sipag Farm School, Davao.
