TESDA KorPhil Davao Student Council met with TESDA KorPhil personnel last Thursday, January 11, 2024, at the APACC Room to discuss the possibility of launching an Official Gazette in the Training Center.
This Official Gazette will serve as the official channel for disseminating information and communication to the student body and TESDA personnel. This official publication is also for notifying the decisions and actions of the Training Center to avoid miscommunications and improper information drive.
The meeting was headed by Mr. Mario M. Dela Cerna, Sr. TESD Specialist and Training Department Head. Attendees include Mr. Aenon Prince A. Alporte, Administrative Officer V and Administrative Head, RTC-KorPhil Davao Student Council Advisers represented by Ms. Mary Grace A. Pelayo, Engr. Ailyn R. Tejero, Ms. Dina T. Catantan, and Mr. Manuel Ceasar Jr. Beltran, as well as Mr. Nelson Z. Embat, Assistant to the Training Department Head and Mr. Jimson Usayan, Administrative Staff. Also, at the meeting were the RTC-KorPhil Davao Student Council headed by the Center Foreman, Ms. Elvira Durano.
A gazette is an official publication that announces the actions and decisions of institutions. Notices produced in government gazettes address all issues of concern. The establishment of an Official Gazette will act as a conduit for unifying all members of the Training Centers toward a desirable information-driven approach.
