On October 31, 2024, a significant Capability Building Program was held at the RTC-Korphil Mini-Theater in Buhisan, Tibungco, Davao City. The event was tailored specifically for toolkeepers and aimed at enhancing their expertise in maintaining tools, facilities, and ensuring safety within their work environment. The program was facilitated by seasoned experts and provided an insightful learning experience for participants.
The session began with a thorough overview of the essential duties and responsibilities of tool keepers. Participants were reminded of their crucial role in managing and maintaining tools and equipment used in vocational training and other operations. This segment emphasized the importance of maintaining accurate records, conducting regular inventory checks, and ensuring the availability of well-maintained tools for effective training and productivity.
Mr. Joel A. Atablanco conducted an engaging and informative session on safety measures. He highlighted the significance of strict adherence to safety protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries in the workplace.
