Vision
To be the premier Assessment Center in Davao Region, promoting excellence in vocational training and certification, and contributing to the development of a highly skilled and globally competitive Filipino workforce.
Mission
The Regional Training Center – Korea-Philippines Vocational Training Center Davao, as an Assessment Center, is dedicated to providing reliable and comprehensive competency assessment services to its clients. RTC-KPVTC, Davao aims to ensure that graduates and workers meet the established competency standards, thereby enhancing productivity, quality, and global competitiveness.
Goal
By the end of the year, we will deliver accurate and fair competency assessments to certify at least 500 skilled workers in the Davao Region, achieving a 92% certification rate, thereby ensuring a workforce that meets industry expectations and supports local economic growth.
Objectives
RTC-KorPhil, Davao Competency Assessment and Certification Office dedicates to providing reliable and comprehensive competency assessment services to its clients in order to:
a. Maintain its accreditation as an Assessment Center by achieving 100% compliance in annual audits, conducting semestral internal reviews, and completing staff training on PTCACS standards, ensuring no non-conformities are reported;
b. Utilize standardized TESDA assessment processes to conduct competency assessments, achieving a minimum reliability score of 95% by training assessors bi-annually and providing necessary resources;
c. Establish partnerships with at least 10 local employers and gather their feedback on skills requirements through quarterly networking events, ensuring that our assessment services align with industry demands;
d. Increase awareness of certification benefits and services by 30% among individuals, educational institutions, and employers by launching three targeted marketing campaigns, measured through surveys and engagement metrics; and
e. Conduct semestral evaluations of its assessment processes and systems, implementing at least two significant improvements each year based on stakeholder feedback, to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in certification services.
