A new chapter begins for student governance at TESDA XI Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center (RTC-KPVTC), Davao as a new set of KDSC student leaders sworn in for the upcoming academic year.
Following the successful elections of diploma students of RTC-KPVTC, Davao, an induction of new student leaders of KorPhil Davao Student Council (KDSC) was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at TESDA RTC-KPVTC, Davao APACC Room to formally welcome the elected student officers for the School Year (SY) 2024- 2025.
Mr. Manuel Ceasar Jr. R. Beltran, KDSC COMELEC Chair and KDSC Co- Adviser, facilitated the oath-taking, and the new KDSC officers were sworn in by Mr. Mario M. Dela Cerna, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of TESDA RTC-KPVTC, Davao.
In his remarks, Mr. Dela Cerna emphasized the importance of student leadership in fostering a positive learning environment and encouraged the new council members to lead with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.
This event was a significant step for the students and faculty alike, symbolizing a fresh start and renewed commitment to academic and community development under the leadership of the KDSC. The induction ceremony also served as a platform for the student body to engage more deeply with the programs and initiatives for students at TESDA RTC-KPVTC, Davao.
