A City Mayor’s Office Peace 911 activity, RTC-Korphil successfully conducted a Basic Automotive Training session on July 19, 2024, at Brgy. New Malabog. The event saw enthusiastic participation from 15 trainees, all residents of Brgy. Malabog, eager to expand their knowledge and skills in automotive technology.
The training session was expertly facilitated by three distinguished trainers: Mr. Jerome Gelbolingo, Mr. Jay Mark Nuevo, and Mr. John Rome Balbanida. Each of these trainers brought a wealth of experience and expertise to the program, ensuring that the participants received comprehensive and practical instruction.
The training began with an overview of fundamental automotive systems, the basic maintenance of each engine The trainers provided in-depth explanations and demonstrations, ensuring that all trainees had a solid grasp of the basics.
To reinforce the theoretical knowledge, participants engaged in hands-on exercises. These activities included, brake system maintenance, and changing oil. The practical approach helped trainees build confidence in their ability to perform essential automotive tasks
The training sessions were interactive, with ample opportunities for trainees to ask questions and clarify doubts. The trainers encouraged open dialogue, fostering a collaborative learning environment
At the conclusion of the training, each participant received a certificate of completion, recognizing their commitment and newly acquired skills. RTC-Korphil also provided information on advanced training programs and potential career opportunities in the automotive industry, inspiring participants to continue their educational journey
