RTC-KPVTC Davao conducted a Training Induction Program (TIP) for Photovoltaic (PV) Systems Installation NC II and Tile Setting NC II on March 6, 2024, at the Seminar Room. The program aimed to familiarize a batch of trainees with the significance of their training journey and its relevance in enhancing their employability.
The TIP welcomed one batch of trainees for each qualification, offering them insights into the opportunities and skills vital for employment in their respective fields.
Led by Scholarship Focal Jestony Mark P. Aprong, the induction program featured presentations and discussions highlighting the importance of the training program in equipping scholars with the necessary competencies for success in the job market.
Trainers for the PV Systems Installation NC II and Tile Setting NC II qualifications, Alexis C. Erispe and Joel Jr. S. Magallanes, respectively, played a crucial role in providing insights into the technical aspects of the training and setting expectations for the duration of the program.
The TIP served as a platform for trainees to gain a deeper understanding of the training process, its objectives, and the opportunities it presents for their future careers. It also provided an avenue for them to interact with their trainers and peers, fostering a supportive learning environment.
