TESDA Regional Training Center-Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center, Davao in collaboration with Villar Foundation Farm School (formerly Villar SIPAG Farm School) commence free training on COC 2: Produce Organic Vegetables and COC 4: Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts leading to Organic Agriculture Production (OAP) NC II on February 13, 2024 at Villar Foundation Farm School.
The free training on producing organic vegetables and organic concoctions and extracts is delivered through a blended modality wherein actual training will be every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday from February 13 to 24, 2024. Trainers of this free training are Engr. Ailyn R. Tejero and Ms. Mary Grace A. Pelayo from RTC-KorPhil, Davao.
The partnership between the Villar Foundation Farm School and TESDA RTC-KorPhil Davao is founded upon their shared objective of empowering communities via technical and vocational education and training in organic agriculture (TVET).
Moreover, the partnership’s significance resides in its capacity to impart participants with invaluable organic agriculture skills, thereby promoting self-reliance and sustainability. The generous contribution of the Villar Foundation Farm School to a training venue and accommodations complements TESDA’s dedication to offering free training on COC 2 and COC 4.
