In a momentous event on July 7, 2023, the Regional Training Center – Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center in Davao became the venue for the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region XI and the Davao City Alliance for Out-of-School Youth Development (DCAOSYD). This event also included the induction ceremony of TVET Association Officers for Davao City and Davao del Sur. Following all the messages from key representatives, the MOU signing took place, signifying the commitment and shared goals of TESDA and DCAOSYD.
